VarioBatch was developed for batch-controlled processes with variable flow structure in the processing industry; it is modular in design and offers a complete management system for factory automation.

The core functions lie in automatic weighing, dosing and conveying solid and liquid media, and in the accurate production of mixtures in batch plants and continuously operated process plants.

The VarioBatch control system does, of course, provide for the EU Guideline 178/2002 and GMP and GMP+ guidelines and is based on ISA 88, the international Standard for batch plants.
