Modul (KL) - Cost and activity accounting

Our KL module identifies and calculates all costs arising from the production process.

You can analyse the costs incurred for each article or cost point, and also for each step in production or storage, using various edit masks which allow you to calculate numerous sums and averages. There are a number of cost calculation forms which filter production assignments and calculate sums and averages for the costs incurred for each article, cost point or control stage.

How high will your costs be in the future? By establishing the sales volumes distributed over the production and recipe steps, varioKL can calculate a sales forecast for your products for a future time period and calculate the costs you will incur Forecast sales volumes from sales planning. The calculations are applied to every production and recipe step.

The cost spectrum is completed by storage cost calculation. The overall storage costs are determined through calculations based on stock lists, and take variable and fixed costs into account and include the cost of packaging material and losses due to storage.
