Customer Portal

A new service for our customers: this portal allows you to keep an eye on your project throughout the entire realisation phase. You can record instructions, comments and malfunctions in a databank accessible to you and our engineers, ensuring the development of a system's controls is still comprehensible years later.

Maintenance Contract

With a maintenance contract you can rest assured that any malfunctions will be quickly remedied. You have two options to choose from: we can be at your disposal on 5 working days from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., or around the clock, seven days a week.

Replacement parts

Together with the final documentation we can offer you every replacement part which could prove useful towards ensuring problem-free operation during and after the warranty period - and which would be immediately available on site in case of a failure.

Prophylactic exchange of parts

We can offer a prophylactic exchange of parts subject to wear and tear to help prevent possible total system failure. This applies especially to critical PC server and network parts, e.g. replacement hard drives and ventilators.

Scales Service

We can calibrate and adjust scales and weighing machines made by various manufacturers. We are also the right address if you need new electronics, load cells or accessories for weighing machines.

General Electrical Service

We would also be pleased to take on the general maintenance of any plant not obtained through our company. Retrospective documentation of your old plant, including e-plan, and conversion of SPC controls from S5 to S7 are also available.

Training

If required, we can provide individual and project-specific training in addition to the instruction and training provided in connection with commissioning.
